Our Returns Charter
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for items in their original royal condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached – within 15 days of delivery to your castle.
The Royal Returns Process

- Await Our Response: Our royal attendants will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
- Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Include Documentation: Print and complete the returns form (template provided below) and include it with your package.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
In keeping with the nature of our specialized costumes, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Burlesque Costumes (for hygiene reasons, as they are intimate apparel)
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Costumes missing tags or original packaging
- Custom-made or personalized items
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our royal error (wrong item sent, defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
