🛡️ Royal Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our Returns Charter

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for items in their original royal condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached – within 15 days of delivery to your castle.

The Royal Returns Process

  1. Contact Our Royal Court: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Await Our Response: Our royal attendants will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Include Documentation: Print and complete the returns form (template provided below) and include it with your package.
  5. Ship Your Return: Mail your return to our royal workshop at:

⏰ Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) at our royal workshop, we shall process your refund within 5-7 business days.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

In keeping with the nature of our specialized costumes, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Burlesque Costumes (for hygiene reasons, as they are intimate apparel)
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Costumes missing tags or original packaging
  • Custom-made or personalized items

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our royal error (wrong item sent, defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
