All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and provide alternatives or a full refund.

Order Process

• Our royal artisans require 1-2 business days to prepare your order
• We will notify you when your order has been dispatched

• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipping

IV. Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for items in their original royal condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached – within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

1. Contact our Royal Court at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
3. Await our response with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
4. Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with all tags and accessories
5. Include the completed returns form with your package
6. Ship your return to our royal workshop at: Renaissance & Medieval Store, 99 Grey Street, DORRE ISLAND, AU 6701

Refund Timeline

• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and specialty reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Burlesque Costumes (intimate apparel)
• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Costumes missing tags or original packaging
• Custom-made or personalized items
